Let’s be 100% real here. I go here with my family for a healthy & MORE THAN FILLING meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner. I make this my go to ‘lunch date’ spot with friends. I meet clients here for business meetings. I’ve watched KB grow her franchise from 1 ... to 6 locations. The excellence has never wavered. My hubs also stops here to grab a smoothie during his busy work days. My all time favourite menu items are: the waffles 🧇 , the nori salad & basically any of their soups. The absolute BEST part about the KB&co restaurant is that I can eat almost everything on the menu! (Or modify) I am celiac & allergic to eggs, dairy & avocado 🥑 (I know that last one is terrible 😣) Great work Kristina! So glad we met all those years ago before any of this existed. First order today through Uber Eats and everything was fresh and delicious. I got the coconut blt, the coconut is so yummy and a nice addition to the sandwich. I enjoyed how filling it was without leaving you feeling heavy after. The kale salad was the best part! I will need ... to order a full size next time. And the dressing, wow! I could bathe in that stuff. I can’t speak to the service side too much since mine was through delivery, but the order got here fast and was packaged very well, so to me that speaks to a level of service. Gluten-free granola is a highlight. This is the first totally safe açai bowl I’ve had in Canada. They use a coconut rather than oat base, so for all my oat-avoidant celiacs out there, this is a pleasant surprise. It’s definitely worth considering taking home a bag of this granola. The predominant ... milk they use in their lattes is oat (gluten free), but alternatives are available. I’ve tried a couple of the mushroom lattes, and the Chana Charger is my favourite. The lunch bowls are predominantly gluten free or can easily be adjusted to be so. The produce is always fresh, which allows natural flavours of the ingredients to really come through and make their dishes stand out. The location on 104 St is very accessible from downtown, but if you drive, expect to pay a couple bucks for street parking. With an order at the till and sit anywhere system, it is an accessible place to go on your own and/or get some work done. There is also plenty of space to go with a group or meet for coffee. It was a bit pricey, $22 for my açai bowl and latte, but you definitely get what you pay for. And that’s what keeps me coming back! Read more

Expensive but good! The glam and boogie aesthetic is calm and clean. I appreciate the complimentary water tap. My smoothie was a steep $12 but maybe the best smoothie I have ever had- delicious and healthy. Would recommend!

Such a great vegan experience!! Food was delicious and fresh, mint matcha latte was so delightful to have as my first coffee of the day! Definitely big fan of the avocado toast, will try some nachos next time when I’m there. Place is clean and not too crowded, nice comfy ... vibe for a weekend brunch. Read more
