Absolutely horrendous. Probably one of the most dire breakfast buffets I have ever seen. How do you manage to make bacon taste bad? The sausage wasn’t even edible. They should be ashamed to serve such substandard food at such an outrageous price. Complete lack of selection, nothing tasted good and ... it’s obvious, based on how empty it was, that this place has obviously given up. When you are charging $20+ for food that you could get at IKEA for $1, there is a problem. Read more
My mom and I went here tonight for her birthday dinner. She had the veal and I had the New York striploin steak. Both entrees were very tasty and the steak was beyond tender and flavorful, surpassing our expectations. The desserts- both the cheesecake and the tiramisu ... were to die for! 😋😋 We loved the ambience and the service was outstanding- Anissa was very kind and attentive, and when I told her it was my mom’s birthday, she gave us a free cake to take home! 🤩🤩 Thanks Anissa and all the staff of this establishment for a fantastic dinner and an enjoyable evening. Terrible management and very bad so called chefs at this hotel.They really need to take a crash course in proper food preparation or hire qualified trained chefs. These guys are a joke but you won't be laughing when you waste your money on the overpriced prime rib buffet. MINUS star ... should be an available rating to accurately describe this experience. Disgusting is giving them more than they deserve. They obviously don't care about their rating or complaints and never follow up as long as the suckers keep coming in. Read more
Horrible service, waited to be seated for over 5 minutes and it wasn't even that busy. Could visibly see only 2 servers at that point and the rest were hiding "folding napkins" by the kitchen doors. The food was sub par - good variety but you could see that some ... of the food was made in the morning and sat out. Overall I paid $76 for two buffets, not including the tip.
