Great service today. Ordered vege omelet, and it was hot and delish. When I stated I did not want hash browns, the waitress suggested sliced tomatoes. Enjoyed the substitution. Will eat here again.

Albert’s is a staple in Edmonton for breakfast and brunch. Since I couldn’t remember the last time I had their food, I decided to give it a shot. The hostess that greeted us and then gave us our coffee and waters, was friendly, welcoming and super attentive. I wish I ... could have gotten her name, she was a younger girl and again, super helpful. After we got our coffees, the waitress then came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. Since my partner was in the washroom and just returned, he didn’t have time to view the menu. She then said she would give us a few minutes to decide. After about 15 minutes, no refill on the coffee and watching our waitress attended to all the other patrons and them receive their food, have refill on the drinks, and mind you, these are people who came in after us. I then went to ask the hostess to be seated in another section. Once she saw me approach the hotess she told me she was giving me a few minutes, however by that point I could tell, we were not her “ideal” patrons, with her being overly attentive and friendly to the elderly crowd, which was the majority of who was in the restaurant. I could see her then have a discussion with who would then be my waitress. We were then seated in Leigh’s section and she was super friendly and apologetic for how the experience went. I ordered the eggs Benny and my partner ordered the meat scramble. The food was what you would expect, nothing crazy but it was decent. Overall 2.5/5. A great locations with very wonderfull staff. Ive never left here disapointed always satisfied. They offer a good selection of specials for the over 55 crowd. A favourite place for many to gather in the morning.

I just had the best BLT I've ever had. So many tomatoes and lots of bacon! The lettuce was crispy and even smelled good. Crispy and tasty french fries... My kiddo (6) had the best pancakes ever! The staff was friendly and efficient. Fant wait to come back
