Swiss Chalet is like a little slice of home cooking and I like it. Had the chicken quesadilla and hubs had the burger with mash & gravy. The salad was fresh! Finished my meal with lemon meringue pie, he had a caramel sundae. Service for afternoon was fast & friendly. Atmosphere is nice, a ... little dated and the seats have rips on them. Was the chicken 🍗🐔 moist? Yes. Is that the end of positive things I have to say? Sure is. The service was horrible, she muttered her words, was very unclear when trying to speak. When I asked her for more sour cream she looked confused and left muttering something, I ... didn't know if she understood me. When we got there we were pointed to a table, never in my life have I been to a restaurant that asks me to wait to be seated and then NOT walked to my table. We were put at the smallest of tables and we had to put our plates on the empty table next to us just so we had some room to eat. We ordered a fully loaded potato, but what we got was a potato with all the fixings on the side, in plastic containers, with lids on them. I thought we were still caring about the earth and trying to reduce single use plastics. Not Swiss Chalet! But they did give us paper straws so our water could taste like dirt, thanks! Ordered appetizer it came just started eating and the main course comes out. The fries were terrible some were double fried and cold. My chicken quesadilla was not very hot either. Can nobody get good, hot food anymore.

My first experience in swiss chalet was really good the servers the customer service, the freshness of the food items the taste was super delicious just i want to thank you again for the pleasure hope again meet you soon swiss chalet.

First time in over 2 decades! And food tastes just as great. Didn't try the rotisserie but their new hot roast beef sandwich for myself. By the time all four of us were done, the cost was nice to see as affordable and with a good amount of food per ... plate.
