I wish I could give you a zero star unfortunately thats not an option yet with Google. Anyways , went at this loc at 7:48 and the girls were like we are closed . When i said that their timings are till 8 pm she was like oh we closed ... early as we have cleaning to do . This is THE MOST lame excuse I have heard . I came in 14 days ago at 7:56pm. There were customers in the store and when I went to open the door the clerk ran as fast as she could, yanked the door and said “No, sorry we can’t help you tonight”. I was so so upset as I knew ... they are supposed to serve till close. When I brought it to their attention that this happened I was offered a free snack size to make it all better. I didn’t feel this was enough as I came in that night to purchase 4 regular Strawberry Sunshine. Truth is I started supporting the other BJ in SA but I suspect the same ownership. There needs to be more in place when making things better! Throwing a free card that was on the counter at me doesn’t fix it. Read more

Went there 40 minutes before closing on Tuesday November 5, there was one person working there and she was very mad at me for being there, she was very rude to me and had no answers to any of my questions about the menu. I could tell that she didn't ... want me there, and she probably closed down early and got mad at me as a customer. Smoothie was fine, but man did customer service overshadow everything and totally ruin my experience. I've never been more uncomfortable buying booster juice. Read more

Food was good. Service was interesting while the servers talked amongst themselves about how much a beer and fries were at another restaurant. I agree with the previous comment. I have been kicked out of this location simply because they closed in 5 minutes. My order is wrong every time I go there and the last time I went could have cost my mom her life because they completely disregard manufactures allergy ... warnings and tried to convince me that they mean nothing. The music is played so loud that you either have to repeat your order or yell it. I went and got a blender. Read more
