Overall was a very nice lunch. Very good service. A bit disappointed that they changed the dressing in the coleslaw because it was the best...not so much now. Also cut back on amount of ribs in the entree selection. Other than we enjoyed our lunch and server.

They served my 2 year old a sour burger. The meat was actually rotten. Then proceeded to blame us for not saying anything like my 2 year old understands that?? Once my husband tasted it (in attempts to get her eating) we realized the issue and notified the server right ... away at which point my daughter had already eaten about half the burger. My husband’s steak was RAW like almost still alive it was so raw and he asked for medium. I had ordered chicken and honestly even that was questionable. We then asked to see the manager and the cook and were completely ignored and brought the dishwasher and another server??? They then proceeded to threaten to call the cops because my husband was getting frustrated that they were refusing to bring us the manager and cook. They did not care that they just served my toddler sour meat and only cared about the money for the food. Overall a horrible experience and now I will be sitting here hoping to god my toddler doesn’t get sick from their sour meat. Do not recommend at all. Read more

My first impression walking in nobody was there to great us, an there was a large sign that said 'We are not responsible for stolen or lost items' this gives off a certain impression right off the hop. The restaurant was barren inside. I was served a burger with no sauce ... of any kind on it and had to put ketchup and mustard on it myself. The burger was something you would have at a neighbor's barbecue. That is no exaggeration. You can make it in your back yard and yours would be possibly even better. The patty was slightly charred, and it was topped with a slice of cheddar, an onion slice, a tomato slice, a piece of lettuce. The fries were average bar fries and the gravy was slightly more runny than I would have liked. My girlfriend tasted mold in her fries couldn't finish her food and doesn't want to come back. To me mold is a huge red flag and it's signs of a filthy unkempt kitchen. We won't be returning. This restaurant has been at this location for many years and is showing its age. The interior is worn but clean. Our server was friendly and helpful. My wife and I shared the rack of pork ribs with a baked potato. It was served hot and was tasty. We ... enjoyed our meal. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Save your money and don’t bother going to this restaurant. It was a very bad experience, will never step a foot in that place again. We ordered the spinach dip as a starter. Cheese was not melted and tortilla chips were soaked with oil. We were there for the halal ... beef ribs. The sides were not edible. Coleslaw had watery sauce and mashed potatoes were cold and had weird flavour while green beans were covered with garlic that had an overpowering taste. Coming to the main item, the beef ribs. They were so hard and chewy. I ordered 4 and my wife ordered 3. We couldn’t even get the meat off the bone. They charged $8 for the extra rib and gave me half a rib (you can judge from the pictures). When I asked the server, she said ribs come in different sizes 🤔. My daughter ordered the pizza flat bread. The flat bread was hard and the pizza sauce tasted gross. When we told the server, she had to ask if they would change it. We told the server our honest opinion, no one bothered to come and talk to us. Read more
