Very disappointed in the change in portions of the coleslaw; the black container is what the coleslaw used to be, and the little clear container is the portion they gave today. I don't know what pushed them to change to this, but I'm severely disappointed - I thought salad was a ... good thing, why reduce the size? This location was better than some others. It's standard chain restaurant atmosphere. Service can be inconsistent at times, as I assume there turnover is high. I do really appreciate their $11 lunch menu. It's basically the price of fast food with a descent sit down experience. The food is not good than used to be. Never go back any more. That's why there was nobody there. It's Saturday at 630pm.

I had the most absent minded waitress on my table to my experience could be very different from yours. I went in at 6:26 pm by the time sat down and ordered it was 634, and when i got my small but diverse order it was 725, it was one of ... the longest waits ever. I spent more time waiting than eating. The waitress didn't help the situation as well... Usually forgetting what i ordered, having to call her over 20 minutes later because she would walk by our table and literally ignore us when we have a kids menue she gave us to order. The food was alright, it was worth the wait but really it was unprofessional service and quite frankly, disappointing i wouldn't come back to the famous " Tony Romas".. The interior lights are really depressing shade of yellow, the whole interior look is out of the 80s maybe it's supposed to be like that cause its a "fancy restaurant" but i found myself almost falling asleep... Overall the food was delicious. We had quick and friendly service but it wasn't to busy for the peak hour. And we had a good time knowing it was expensive for little food. I have seen a review saying they had good portions but I disagree. If I am still hungry ... after my entree it's probably not much. For the expensive price tag, it wouldn't be worth it knowing the small amount of food that seems to come with it. If you have a small stomach this would work great for you. The place itself was really nice. Exterior not as much. Eg. The fish and fries (chips) had less than a fist full if fries but a large haddock. Also their original BBQ sauce is cheap enough I thought it was ketchup at first until it got a bit stronger as I ate it. Read more
