My friend and I came here for donairs for the first time. This is going to sound ignorant but I could not understand a word the cashier was saying and neither could my friend. It made ordering very frustrating. I ordered a regular donair and it was good, but I ... was shocked at how small it was for $13.64 before tip. I immediately said to my friend "I should've got the large." Most other donair places make way bigger donairs for less and are just as good. Prime Time, you should check out your competition and see how big they make their donairs at a much better price and follow suit, because you are ripping people off here big time. Read more

The only reason I took a star off is because I couldn’t find the option to add my own veggies. Eg olives, banana peppers. Otherwise it’s all delicious. I will definitely order from here again!

The staff at the 17 Street location are very friendly and professional. They always repeat the order to ensure it’s right and our food is always fresh and delicious. Glad to have moved close this location where I can order to go on time and hassle free.

We use to love this location however the last 3 times we have went there the food has been awful.The last 2 times we were there they didn’t put any of the sautéed veggies I paid for Or banana peppers on our poutines and half a scoop of gravy isn’t ... even enough to melt the cheese on a poutine so it was DRY!! . Tonight is the last straw, the Quebecer poutine was DRY, have you ever been to Quebec? Cause they put enough gravy to cover the poutine and melt the gravy…. Prime time is to inconsistent! I watched them tonight each worker puts a different amount of gravy regardless if the order is the same, one person was using 2 scoops of gravy one girl was using 1 scoop of gravy and the other girl wasn’t even using a whole scoop! My donair poutine the meat is BURNT and I mean black and awful tasting, again no gravy to be seen on theirs my poutine either.cheese is completely unmelted….Burnt flecks of the pan all over my food making it bitter and not edible. 30$ down the drain for food.
