Showed up on a Tuesday so ordered both the Swiss Mushroom and Bacon Cheese burgers, regular fries, and a poutine. Food was tasty and prices were decent, though I was hoping for some actual “Southern BBQ.” Perhaps Tuesday is a prep day for the rest of the week? Alright, so most restaurants have a traditional menu, but Bubba's does it different... They serve breakfast sandwiches until 11:30 AM (I believe all this information is still accurate, been a minute) and have a certain lunch scheduled for each day, so make sure to call ahead, but... Maybe don't, because ... the food is going to be delicious every time... Like what place do you go to, where THEY tell you what you are gonna eat? Its a ridiculous notion, yet every single time I have eaten here, I have been satisfied and I know you will as well. Just uh... Make sure to tip the guy well, because he does have a certain way of doing things and I have saw some people get banned from here over silly things honestly, but when you make food this good, you can afford to get a lil' wild I suppose.
