SCAM AND THEFT! A friend of mine ordered on the website just this afternoon for a pick up order for around $72 at this location only to find out that they gave her order away to a man they claimed used her name and had a screenshot of her ... order. Yash, the manager at the time confirmed that he had seen all of her personal order information via his screenshot and provided her a photo of the man attached to this review. Apparently, according to the staff he was at the restaurant yesterday with his daughter and a small child. He appears to be a local of Sherwood Park. Don't trust their website for orders if this is in fact true and stay on alert as this man is stealing from customers. I suggest you order elsewhere as a lot seems fishy here. Read more

We came to this location, on January 28, 2024 at around 6-8 PM. Our first thoughts on the establishment was okay. We had to choose our seating and for starters it was not that busy only 3 other tables were there. When we got our menu's we had decided what ... to order fairly quick, however, it took almost 20 minutes to get our order in. Our server was helping out every other table before she came to take our order. Once the wings came out it took another 20 minutes and it came out cold! My partner got the fries and he mentioned them to be very bland. I got the Caesar salad and it was underdressed. All while we were eating, we felt very uncomfortable as both servers up front and kitchen staff were arguing very loud and being disruptive. The servers up front then proceeded to make make disrespectful remarks about the kitchen staff which made us feel very uncomfortable. There were uber and skip drivers waiting at the front for very long all while this was happening. It's disheartening when the ambiance doesn't live up to the enticing flavors of their main attraction—the wings. Speaking of wings, the food consistently excelled in taste, living up to the restaurant's reputation in that regard. The wings, undoubtedly the star of the show, were consistently delicious, providing a redeeming quality to the overall dining experience. However, the gleam of satisfaction was dimmed when it came to the state of the bathrooms. Slow draining sinks and grimy walls painted a less than pleasant picture. It was evident that the facilities needed attention and upkeeping to match the standard one would expect. Adding to the list of disappointments was the service during our last visit. Our waitress carried a noticeable attitude, making it apparent that attending to our needs was more of a burden than a genuine effort to enhance our dining experience. Exceptional customer service is pivotal, and an unwelcoming attitude can significantly impact the overall impression. In conclusion, while the wings remain a tempting reason to return to Wild Wing, the lackluster atmosphere, neglected bathrooms, and poor service during our last visit contribute to a less than satisfactory experience, warranting a 2-star rating. Met with the owner Kevin Sembaliuk while I was having lunch today. I was given a quick tour and was impressed not only with the organization but the cleanliness and variety. Had some Irish Nachos with chorizo and some wings. The boneless Daisy Duke wings were the ... highlight of the meal. I have been coming here for a couple of years and will continue to come back. I am from St.Albert but am willing to make the drive for the service and the quality. Love that they have the Oilers bus to and from the games with drink specials to boot!
