After watching how the manager wearing glasses treated others at the establishment tonight I will not be returning or supporting this business in the future. It is completely unacceptable to mistreat others and be unnecessarily rude. The pub food is standard and doesn’t stand out from other establishments. Historically the ... service has been acceptable but not exceptional. We’ve given multiple opportunities to the establishment and hoped for improvements due to the location but after witnessing the actions of the management team we fully understand why this will remain a mediocre established and not improve. The ambience is very nice like an old fashioned pub nothing fancy the service was prompt and attentive the drinks 🍸 were good and upto the mark but the food was not as good as I expected it to be. I ordered smoked chicken thighs but they were dry and ... not as juicy as expected. Also they were served on a basket which made eating them with knife and fork difficult. Me and my boyfriend have come to 1905 pub two times now and have had a great experience. The drinks are affordable and the food is also affordable and really tasty! This is nice chill sit in pub. My bf asked the bartender if he could put basketball on some ... screens and he did no problems at all. Good food, excellent service, absolutely affordable, and I love the relaxed atmosphere. I specifically love their salt and pepper wings! Iraj was my server both times I've been at Pub 1905 and he's been fantastic. He's attentive, approachable, friendly, and has the magical ability to memorize everyone's name at a table. ... Just an outstanding server that's made both visits that much better. Also, I called ahead to make a reservation for a pool table at one point and they were able to give me and my friends a few hours if pool for free because it wasn't busy. Awesome! We'll definitely be coming back, especially because the pool paraphernalia is in such good condition. So many pubs have grungy tables, crooked or cracked sticks, etc! Read more
