Here it is, I hope the owner reads it. I have come in now 3 times with my wife. Tonite was bad, The Tap beer was warm, glad I only tasted it, then ordered a bottled beer, it was also warm, wife orfered wine, wanted a white, asked what they ... had the bar tender didnt know? Then the wine was warm.......Not anyone in the place on Halloween and they have a party advertised, we walked in at 9pm..... nobody there, very awkward, The bar stools are all mis matched and look like from a bad basement, The Oilers game was on, but the TV's are over top of the bar stools, so you cant even see them at the bar ..... Clueless set up, bad kitchen all in view behing the bar, food all frozen from a bad, even saw them dumping food from one frozen bag into another bag .... scary stuff. The owner must be clueless, have a thermometer and atleast serve your beer proper temp, if the refridge dont work, fix it, or chill the beer in ice. Its a mess, the staff is nice enough, but the basics are all wrong, the place is in a very nice area, and has totally missed it, nothing premium here. Really ashame how the owner cant know anything how to run this place, watch a food network show, do something. I just dont get how a place could have such a good spot and make it so miserable, doubt we will give them a fouth chance, the 3rd time was even worse than the first 2 times Read more
