I ordered the bathroom sink and they couldn't even be bothered to fill up the plate with fries. 1 mozza stick, 1 chicken strip, it's so sad. The waitress gave me the wrong attitude when the beer they gave me wasn't the right one. She tried to charge me for ... it even thought I refused to even drink it. Horrible service. Overpriced food. Servers were friendly and attentive. The food came quickly and hot. 3 of 4 meals were to come with coleslaw this was forgotten and had to be requested, we received 2 spoons of warm coleslaw that did not taste very good. One of our party ordered the Bathroom Sink which had very ... little to it. Also was missing coleslaw that we never got. The other three orders were otherwise very good. The deserts were amazing. Waiting time was too long, food really bad, everything feel old and just warm up, nothing fresh on plate, steaks was overcooked on both meals, for $35 meal - sauce in plastic small boxes. I would not recommend to have any dinner in this place.

The line up was too long at The Old Spaghetti Factory so we tried out Jungle Jim's and were pleasantly surprised! The menu was very kid friendly, the coloring books for the kids were great and they loved the treasure chest to pick at toy at the end. The food ... wasn't "low fat" or "cholesterol free" but hey we were on holidays :) We all left full and happy for a decent price. Read more
