Really bad experience. I go to Hudson's all the time for wing night. But usually go to the west end one. And we know we need to buy a drink to get the discount on wings. But we never had to pay for a otherwise free refill every time just ... because we ordered more than one set of wings. Today I ordered a cocktail which was the price of three pops and two chicken wings and I had to pay for a pop because otherwise I pay full price for my second wings? At West Ed we never had to do that. Plus the fact that this was explained to us after ordered.Service was really slow even though it was not busy. And the bill came half hour after we asked twice for it. We missed our ice cream because marble slab closed due to this delay! Read more

Great location and atmosphere, service is also pretty good considering how busy this place gets on the weekend. I usually hang out at the bar and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. The quality of drinks/liquor is above average, I usually judge that after a couple drinks and ... have no question that this establishment does not short pour or water down their alcohol like many other pubs do. It was a great experience except that at 10 on a Thursday the DJ jacked the music volume and we couldn't hear each other. If you come before 10 you'll have a great time. The waitress was awesome and the food was great, especially for a franchise pub. I got ... the pretzel coated chicken tenders and they were great. I would recommend this place. This Hudsons is a great lunch place, the staff is nice and welcoming and the food is absolutely delicious. What I like the most about this place is that the servers seem very genuine and happy, none of that fake customer service crap that you get most places. The manager ... is a great guy that puts his guests first and makes sure that his staff is keeping the same in mind. I'm definitely coming back for the chicken and waffles. Read more

Good food and beers. Very clean and modern looking. Service speed could be improved as we waited for about 15-20 min for the server to come to our table. Some tables are so close that we could talk to our neighbours. I'm sure it will all improve over time. Generally a ... good experience. Read more
