If I could rate them a zero, I would. Pre paid $100 at the pump, got charged twice and was never given the option to put gas in my car. Went inside, no refund, just "check your bank account in 3 days" and another $100 charge to finally put gas ... in my car. In the end I paid $300 for about $80 worth of gas. Read more

There's never receipt paper on the pump. If you need it, you have to lock the car, go inside and do the line. Then you tell the cashier and of course no apologies. Every single time. The evening staff is horrible. They accused me of stealing a chocolate bar $2.25. Short, overweight man with dark hair and glasses said two people said they saw me steal it and he saw it on camera. This is a lie and i challenged him and insisted ... he really look at the video. Man called the cops, lied to them and had us removed. My husband is a long haul truck driver. He and his brother spend 20 years spending money at this location. The poiice hand cuffed him and detained him. These two lying creepy employees at the Flying J have surely done this to others. Beware and report them for lying and using the police so they can feel they have power over us. Read more

Review update: January 7th, 2023 I will not be adding any stars to this review ,in fact, if I could, I would remove the only star there. Once again, I had stopped here to find that on 2 out of all 8 fuel islands were in operable, and I will attach ... pictures as proof. I this is even more frustrating as a Truck driver because there is already a lack of options for truck stops in the area, add the fa t the fuel islands aren't working and now we have to wait ridiculous amounts of times to fuel just to continue with our day. Clearly this flying J has some serious issues. * in the photos you can see the Garbage cans used to indicate each island is out of service or not working *** _________________________ Original review: This is a stop that many driver's I know including myself stop at because we enjoy the perks that Flying J offers to drivers such as rewards,clean showers wifi and often much more depending g on location. Now I very rarely rate a business this low, BUT I am yet to see them improve on issues that I know personally have been brought to their attention. And to not only the location itself but corporate Flying J. Such as many, many dropped trailers on a regular basis!! This is beyond frustrating when we show up in the middle of the day. Choose to buy fuel here for parking and amenities instead of going to a cheaper option and then still struggling to find adequate parking. Shame on the Mess!!
