Was super disappointed last night. We understand that the Oiler’s game was on and we ordered early as we knew things would be busy. When we finally got our food it was in the third period. We didn’t complain at all but we were charged for something that no one ... ordered and had that taken off the bill. No problem there. But I had ordered a burger with yam fries and I got an order of them but then was charged extra for them when I received my burger with regular fries, when I ordered a burger with yam fries. I didn’t eat the regular fries as I had eaten my yam fries which was supposed to be with my burger. I had a discussion with the server who was very unresponsive and was arguing with me. I voiced my disagreement and was still left with paying for extra which I didn’t ask for. The server who I don’t know her name was very unrelenting with me as she said I was supposed to say it was a substitute for regular fries. I’ve been to many restaurants that understand my order so I’m not sure where I went wrong here. I won’t be going back ever again and neither will any of my friends or family. Clearly disappointed! Wing special on Oilers Hockey games! We just came across this pub when we realized we wouldn't make it home for the start of the game! It turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The pub was full, big screens to watch hockey on, the servers were amazing, happy, and ... riled up everyone, encouraging us to have a great time watching the game. Good service, good food, well laid out. The bathrooms were clean. We ended up staying for the whole game, but left just as karaoke was being set up, because nobody needs to hear me sing! Really great crowd and the food goes beyond a lot of other establishments. You can't beat the price and the service is really thoughtful even when it's at full capacity. 2 pool tables, karaoke of Friday, Saturday and the specials are a fantastic price. Oilers playing are 50 cent ... wings and my favorite is the $5 pbr beer in a can all the time. Read more
