Dockside Pub - Edmonton, Alberta

Just went to grab a bite to eat , service is horrible , no waiter in sight , ordered food said it would take 15 minutes ended up taking over 45 minutes and almost caused me to miss my bus to Fort McMurray . Will never return .

After sitting for 20 minutes, we had to go find a waitress. I’ve never had this bad service in my life. I think her name was ivy. (Via our receipt) After smashing our dishes on our table & trying to blame her poor serving on us ??? Also yelling at us. ... 45 minutes & still no food ? Unfortunately a horrible experience. The waiter, Ivy, messed up on our order and still charged us for the extras. She slammed the food on the table when we mentioned our order was wrong prior. She made the entire table pay for their bill before we received the food and we ... waited over an hour after for the food. Very rude staff. Would not go back. Read more

The bartender was very snippy at the end of the night. Does not appreciate cash tips. Was accused of not tipping but at always 20%. I prefer cash so they do have to claim. A great little dive bar on the outskirts of downtown Edmonton. Great vibe, service was excellent and Jon behind the bar was great. Equip with slot machines and a pool table. For a small local joint the food was solid. If your looking for a good local dive this is a ... good spot. The regulars were welcoming and friendly, the only downside is there is some sketchy activity happening outside the bar. Had some interesting and also entertaining encounters. Jon does a great job keeping the rift raft out, but if your leaving alone late at night you need to keep your head on a swivel. I’ll definitely be back again. Read more
