Open late in Deadmonton (11:30pm Thurs)! Affordable prices on par with other cafes. I got the hot Hong Kong milk tea and it was delicious but they do have dairy free alternatives for those lactose or casein intolerant. Friendly owner and good service. I’ve been coming here for years. The owner is so nice, always welcoming. The food and drinks are amazing, too! It’s a cozy place to stay and dine in.

This place has exceptional bubble tea! The best tapioca pearls I have ever had - somehow they stay soft even with the cold slush poured over top. The waffles are also delicious and it’s such a cute space.

Came and tried their bubble waffle and bubble milk tea as part of the Chinatown dinning week, we enjoyed both. Will be back to try more stuff 🤤 went back and loved their Japanese honey toast, yum!

Great prices for authentic HK style street food!! Really made me feel like I went to a snack place in hk! Owner is really nice and space has great casual hang out vibes, love that it's open late! Will definitely be back.
