It’s easy to come across new Japanese restaurants opening up in the city these days, but I can say with all my confidence that this place will always remain as my favourite. This place offers an authentic, homey and cozy Japanese dining experience but this experience comes with a compact ... space, so make sure you book a reservation in advance. Anything with their aburi salmon is a must-try and so is their nebeyaki udon. They don’t have the fastest service so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking to grab a quick bite to eat. This Sushi Wasabi restaurant serves authentic and fresh Japanese food. We had dinner here and all the food were simply delicious! We ordered Beef Tataki, Assorted Tempura, Agedashi Dofu, Salmon Sashimi, Mixed Sushi and Chicken Karaage Mayo. Ambience is nice and quiet and the staffs are friendly too.

What can I say? The food was just fabulous. The location boasts lots of parking and a nice environment to eat. As with all sushi in edmonton nowadays, the price is pretty high. No different here. The quality of the food was just amazing though. Here’s what I ordered: - Agedashi tofu - ... assorted sashimi - Chirashi bowl - mackerel sushi - salmon maki & tuna maki - assorted tempura Everything was great but I have to say that the tuna mani was the highlight. I don’t know what they do to the fish and how they roll it but the taste is very distinct. This is a place that I can’t afford to eat regularly but I’ll definitely be back for special occasions. an authentic Japanese restaurant that reminds me of the time I enjoyed the food in one of those local family restaurant in Japan. Food is excellent, all raw fish were so fresh, cooked dishes taste great. You might find it a little pricey but it is what you ... pay for what you get. So it is still worth it. We got there at 6pm and we were the last table. Therefore advance reservation is definitely suggested. We had a very enjoyable dinner there and will come back when I miss my Japanese food again.
