Food is really great and service is on par with all the other restaurants in Chinatown, if not, a tad better. This place is tidy, but they have an ant infestation. Fantastic little restaurant. Atmosphere reminiscent of Vietnam, food was very good as well. Their Pho Tai Bo Vien was one of the better I have had in a very long time. The beef balls were very flavorful and the portion size generous. Lots of noodles, garnishes were plentiful, including Thai ... basil, sprouts, lime, and chili pepper. They make their own hot sauce in house. Had their fresh rolls with pork, excellent, though no peanut sauce, which was new for me. The home made hot sauce they provide as an alternative was very good though. They also have lots of hoisin, hot red sauce and in house made chili oil ready at the table. As should be done at all great Vietnamese restaurants a complimentary large pot of green tea is provided to you as soon as you sit down. Menu is a bit more expansive and a buck or two more than other nearby pho specialty restaurants, but in a city where Vietnamese food is a real hard market to stand out, they do a very good job. Only knock is I would have liked to have a bit more beef flavour in the broth, but none the less it was very good. Read more
Worst Vietnamese food we have ever had. We didn't get what we ordered, the food was clearly microwaved and barely warm, noodles were mushy, not a leaf of basil to be seen anywhere, and the server didn't understand sufficient English to address any of our issues. We paid $35 for ... lousy pho and a horribly sub-standard vermicelli bowl. Do NOT eat here. Read more
Wow, one of the best restaurants I went. I tried their beef rice cube . Super delicious ... I think the owner ( he is amazing person) made him self. cannot recommend enough

The place smells a little weird but the beef cubes were amazing! It was perfect down to the amount of sauce on the beef. It was really tender and excellent!
