specifically asked for no peppers as i am allergic. open the box and it is filled with peppers so now i can't eat it. clearly do not take allergies seriously. very careless 👍🏼
This place is actually great. [ It's kinda misleading because of thr types of Foods on the sign. I actually live by here and finally tried it over 2 years. And I must admit I'm thankful I did. They have a perfect BUTTER CHICKEN COMBO Going on right now, Dont ... miss it! Very authentic flavors and served hot with perfect Nan. The first time we ordered pizza and a butter chicken poutine it was delicious. It came hot and fresh. We enjoyed the poutine so much we ordered again however this time it came with fries so over cooked they were rock hard. We couldn't eat the poutine because of this ... so that was a loss of $12. I reached out to Pizza Milano via their email however I never received a response. Due to this poor customer service and not knowing if I'm going to receive food we can eat, we have written off this restaurant. Unfortunate because I would have liked to support these guys as they are close! Update 06/08/23 - I phoned the restaurant a day after this review was posted and left my contact info with a staff member on the phone. I was advised the owner would be in touch.
