Grain of Rice used to be a favourite, but I feel like it’s gone downhill lately. Price increases (and it was already pricey), smaller portion sizes. The pork vermicelli (a favourite) did not taste good at all. Clean restaurant, friendly service as always but I’m not sure I’ll be back. Cool little restaurant. Very tasty food. I love that you can order from the table via qr code on your phone and pay directly too.

Food was overall alright. I would fix up their highlighted "peaches & shrimp" recipe, though with more flavour instead of plain mayo, less batter & warm peach chunks instead of large *cold* slices. Love this place because they use fresh ingredients and keep their kitchen super clean. The food tastes delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, I've almost had it all. 🤤 Yes, it's pricey. Yes, it's worth it.

Brilliant service and even better food! Loved the taste - best I've had in Canada so far! The tofu was so crispy and the sauce was heavenly. The house chicken fried rice was also amazing and the portions are perfect. The fried rice is almost definitely enough for two.
