Dang Good Restaurant - Edmonton, Alberta

An average Ordinary Vietnamese restaurant. It was good, I would come back. Just Salad roll was little bit expensive than other place and was not stuffed

Came in because my partner would not stop talking about this incredible restaurant, and the Vietnamese coffee, specifically. We got green onion cakes (fantastic with a great sauce) and the coffees to start, which already changed me. I have never had Vietnamese coffee before, I will be finding it hard ... to purchase any other kind from here on out. Divine is the only word for it: perfectly mixing bitter and sweet, cold and refreshing, nothing like it. On the menu it says that the beef sate soup is the most popular item: as soon as you dive in it becomes very clear why. Easily the best Pho I have ever had in the city, not that I am an expert, but it was just incredible. Every topping is fresh and purposeful, delicious from start to finish, the peanut broth actually heals you, I think. We were served by a kind, funny, and warm gentleman: what a great place. It lives up to its name! DANG it's GOOD 💯 their menu offers a wide range of pho options, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarian. I had a hard time deciding, but eventually settled on something new to me and haven't tried before and now it's the best soup ever... I ... got their COCONUT SEAFOOD SOUP, with prawns, scallops, mussels, squid, crab sticks), I didn't know Coconut and Seafood pair taste so goooood... my friends got their Chicken Pho, with a decent/fairly large amount of chicken breast... Green Onion Cakes are made to order, so they are pipping hot but still love it The service was great, their staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations. Just love stopping here when we come to Edmonton - food is so "Pho" good. My husband had the Coconut Seafood Soup - he said it was amazing & we shared the delicious onion cakes. Great atmosphere (the place is spotlessly clean), plus super friendly service. A++

Oh. My. God. I had been here years before but forgot how good it was. The spring rolls are so fresh, crunchy. Salad rolls are very fresh. But the beef satay soup...I had it Saturday and I've been craving it ever since. I even went today to grab it to go. ... The owner or server (?) Is super nice and Wonder to talk to.
