Tried the brown sugar milk tea and it was really good. I'll definitely be back, especially for their Real Fruit drinks (durian, jackfruit, longan and like 15 other flavours) which I can't wait to try. They have a very extensive menu and a stamp card where you get your 10th ... drink free. Prices are fair at around $7 for most (larger size). Update: Have been here about 5 times now. Love it! LOVE the avocado! The egg waffles are also a delicious must try. They’re made to order and smell heavenly. Efficient and friendly service. The lady behind the counter is the sweetest! First of all, great bubble teas!! Also, there is waffles and little cakes that I still have yet to try. Best on town! The lady that served us was super sweet and polite. There is free parking, a bench where you can wait for your order, and there is over 30 ... flavors and add ons for hundreds combinations. No public bathrooms tho. Read more

First time passing by the Chinatown and decided to give this place a try. Their bubble teas are absolutely delicious! We had the lychee and the watermelon with the lychee instead of bubbles. Totally recommand!
