The positive reviewers don't know what they're talking about. Had the real fruit bubble tea - it tastes like artificial flavour, look at the sign and it proudly proclaims there's "fruit + flavour" in there. Also this location is super sketchy, there's drunk people passed out on the street and a ... huge homeless population on 106 Ave, I was nervous someone was going to vandalize my car. It wasn't the worse Bubble Tea I ever had, but you can definitely find better places. Read more
