Burger King - Edmonton, Alberta

Last week we went to trip , we order Burger King at Calgary and one spot in kamploops. The Burger King was good at Kamloops and Calgary has tasted way better than from Edmonton Burger King. I thought I will get same taste here. Ghost pepper sauce was tastier and ... spicier in Kamloops and Calgary . Strange part is they don’t have any expiry date on the dipping sauce .every food store provides a serving paper on serving tray but they said they don’t use any serving paper on tray . Unfortunately we had to place napkins under food. God knows , they cleaned the serving tray . I notice they only give usable cups to us and they gave everyone disposable cups. The food is freshly cook👏 so amazed with with one of the guy crew front (richard) waiting for my mobile order but he approached me immediately and ask I am waiting for. Value for money 100% affordable

Regarding Burger King location:  6521-28 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta.  My husband and I visited this location on March 10, at approximately 5:20 pm. We were going in for the King Meal Deal which was posted on their menu board for $6.49, so we ordered 2 orders, which should be a total of  $13.60.  She told ... us our total was $16.80.   We asked how?  She says $7.99 x 2 plus tax, makes it $16.80.  We told her it should be 13.60, which was right on the menu board.  I said they needed to adjust the price, to the posted price, which they wouldn't do.  We asked for the manager,  to which she said she was the manager, and that the price had increased, but they forgot to change board. She refused to do anything for us at all. As well as false advertising, the blatant neglect of customer service was appalling.  This was Burger Kings error, not ours, and the manager could have cared less about it. Absolutely deplorable customer service at the Millwoods Town Center location in Edmonton!!! The manager argued relentlessly about my daughter’s order that was made through door dash. We were accused of lying because “he’s the one who made the sandwiches and he knows what he’s doing” he kept saying that he ... put 3 pieces of lettuce on the sandwich to which I had to repeatedly explain we weren’t complaining about the amount of lettuce, we were complaining about the quality. We were told we could drive from Ellerslie rd to the Millwoods Town Center location and they would replace the sandwhich, but only the sandwich. After a full 18 minute phone call and speaking to three different people, the male manager refused to give me contact information to send pictures of the sandwich. There was absolutely no possibility for me to get a word in edgewise as he consistently spoke over me and every time I tried to speak, he got louder which in turn made me get louder. He refused to listen to what I had to say and refused to replace the entire meal, which after 40 minutes it took to get to us was also cold and disgusting. He kept coming up with all kinds of ridiculous excuses saying that the lettuce basically rotted within the 40 minutes it took to get to us which in itself is a ridiculous amount of time. That part was not their fault though . Two female managers also got on the phone and consistently acted the same way. I have never, ever, received such horrible customer service and have never had a supposed manager argue and over talk me in this way. First time at this store and hardly visit the Burger King brand. A friend asked me to go there, that I will surely love it. I gave it a trial and boom, it worth it. The burger was juicer than other brands that I have tasted and the chicken nugget ... was not soggy.... Highly recommended Read more
