Good dinner. Large portions. Service was a little slow, but it was also after the breakfast rush

Horrible customer service. Manager gives attitude and waitress laughs at clients and states “don’t bother give me a tip” when bringing the bill for coffee and orange juice. No need to go for the early bird menu as you won’t be given what you want. Early bird menu reads “served with ... tea or coffee and your choice of potatoes” then the list of options. I wanted to order the French toast and a side of bacon. When I asked for the mashed potatoes the waitress told me that potatoes don’t come with French toast. When asked to speak to the manager, manager comes out stating that potatoes do not come with French toast even though the menu clearly reads otherwise. Then he proceeded to say “oh there was a mistake in the printing... i’m Going to lose customers over potatoes?!” Meanwhile the waitress Andree-Ann is laughing at my friend and I by the bar. I guess this experience just reaffirms why the restaurant was barren when we walked in. Just horrible customer service. Read more

Definitely a less-than-stellar experience than usual. I'd normally give it a 3 since it's inexpensive but not very fantastic, but today this place gets a two. Terrible service, mediocre food... Eggs were... Smaller than usual? It was pretty bad. Water tasted like seaweed and they kept forgetting to offer things ... when we placed our order. Definitely not an EGGSCLUSIF mean if you catch my drift. Read more

My husband and I are visiting from Toronto and found this place. Great food, service and price is reasonable. We specifically went for breakfast everyday here and they serve a large portion. We got our food in a timely manner. Staff are very friendly. We definitely will be back here ... on our next visit to Montreal! Read more

TL;DR Bad service with hair in the food. I've been coming here off and on for a couple months now, and I've never been impressed with their food. I went here today and I waited to be served, eventually I grabbed a menu and seated myself. The waitress came over and ... took my order, made a passive aggressive comment to my guest and we eventually got our food on a chipped plate. The waitress asked me if I needed a refill and I said "yes please", and I never got that refill until the other waitress did it for her (about 10 minutes later). The sausages were burnt, the mashed potatoes looked like dog vomit, and there was a hair in my fruit. We told the lady what was wrong with the service very politely, gave her a bad tip, and she had the nerve to complain about the bad tip. While I'm glad that my experience is not a common one based on the reviews, I would still advise people not to waste their time with this place. Side note: the painting of the plane landing has so many inaccuracies in it that every time I've come here I've noticed more and more flaws with it. Read more
