Bar B Barn - Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, Quebec

So my favourite restaurant is closing so I wanted one last meal. Got there around 3:00 on a Thursday. Waited 30 min in line. My turn next they say no more ribs wait 30 mins I say OK I will wait. I order and get told ... no more mashed potatoes, no more rolls. I get served 4 little ribs not the normal 6 inch ones but really small ones and the smallest chicken breast i have ever seen. No bread. I pay my meal then think I will ask for a takeout meal but when I get to order I get told no more chicken not sure we have enough ribs for takeout. I will try again next week Read more

It was never the best restaurant, but it was consistent over the years. Suffered a drop in quality over the past few years, but a few places have. But you went to Bar-b-Barn because you wanted Bar-b-Barn, not something elevated or deconstructed or a vegetable. My family went here many ... times over the decades, and it was always a good time full of laughs. Some of the older servers, we'd known for decades. Wonderful final experience at bar b barns. The food has changed but the staff and environment are still so welcoming. We were fortunate enough to go early during the week so the line was almost none existent. Thanks for one last experience

Don’t judge the restaurant by the outside. Passed by so many times without stopping by and today decide to try it out. Ribs are delicious. Will definitely come back to try the chicken next time. Four stars instead of five, because the fries aren’t the best.
