Food tasted good. Our server was really nice! I tried the nachos, fresh cut fries and crispy cauliflower. the Dipping sauces were amazing. One thing they can do is to add more vegetarian/vegan options in the main course! to make it a 5 start experience.

I was informed there will now be a $2 charge for switching out sour cream for a salsa with the quesadilla. Ridiculous charge for a small dip. They’ve lost me as a regular. Happy hour food and drink options are minimal, especially in comparison to Cactus Club just up the ... road. Servers are friendly but that is the only positive thing I have to say. Browns seem to be a dying franchise that can’t afford to provide enough salsa with a $22 meal. No wonder it’s dead in there and cactus is busy! Read more

Personal and cordial! My husband and I went there to celebrate his big career achievement. We were in mood for Mexican food and they had decent reviews. We ordered three items: Chicken Thai Soup, Small Nachos, and DRY RIBS. We loved Nachos and soup but dry ribs was below average (for our ... tastebud). Our lovely waitress was engaging throughout our dinner so she quickly noticed that we didn’t touch Dry Ribs. We didn’t even ask for a takeout container. Our waitress made sure that we knew how important customer service was to them. Therefore to our utter surprise, she came back with the bill while saying, “We took care of the Ribs.” We wanted to clarify and mentioned that they didn’t charge us for the Ribs, to which she said that their top priority was customer satisfaction!!! We tried to tell her that it’s an issue of personal taste which has nothing to do with their food, but they were firm with their stance! Have a late night family dinner at the restaurant. Glad to find a sit down restaurant late at night. Menu items are pretty standard. Good selection of drinks with special on certain day and hours. Servers friendly and attentive. Only complaint is that the fries were a bit soggy. May be ... it was late at night or pre-fried from an earlier batch. Too hungry to complain at that moment.
