So, this is a pretty decent shop in Surrey with many indian flavours to choose from. Their falooda is quite famous and flavoursome however they can add a little ice to make it cold while serving. We tried tooty fruti, mango pistachio and matka kulfi flavours. I think they are ... the best among all! This was my first visit since they left the old location next to Dollar max decades ago. We got excellent customer service from Nicole as well as suggestions on what flavs to try. Surprisingly reasonable prices for quality ice cream. A large selection of good flavours, many decadent, like Ferrero Rocher, Twix and chocolate brownie. Store is clean, spacious and well organized. Was quite busy when we went. I am puzzled about the comments here about bad customer service. She was polite and patient with us. I ... could see many people taking advantage of the free samples to essentially score some free ice cream, and then review bombing this shop when they're denied further samples. Here is a social tip: pick one, maybe two flavours, and sample those. Then BUY one. And don't take your sweet time (pun intended) when others are waiting. Creative flavours, good sized scoops, reasonably priced. They make all their own ice cream on site and the flavour is great. Will become our new favourite ice cream place

“Our family run business has been in the restaurant business for quite a while and now we are making a name for ourselves in the Ice Cream and Gelato business” How is that possible if your customer service is so bad.
