Horrible experience. Wouldn't even rate it 1* Couple years back the icing had spoiled and taste sour. When I contact the bakery she said she knows about it and sorry and to come get a replacement cake anytime. We never got to eat cake for our milestone birthday celebration that ... year. :-( Ordered a birthday cake from here yesterday and told exactly what I wanted and showed a picture to the lady and it was complete opposite when I went to pick up. She added fake flowers and horrible unmatching decorations to try and fix it....made it worse and still made me pay full price for what I didn't order. If it wasn't the day of the birthday I was never going to take it. Absolutely horrible attitude from the boss lady, I told her I will not be coming back, she shrugged her shoulders and didn't care. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE they call a bakery. You will be disappointed. Go to tnt or Maxim's for the same fruits on cake and you will get a smile from their workers and the cake will be made right. My lesson to self and friends/family was learned the hard way from this place. We will NOT BE GOING BACK! Ontop of the ridiculous price they charged for my cake they charged tax ontop the price. Had a cake made from here for my sister’s birthday/graduation. The cake was amazing, it was well decorated and the cake itself was delicious and not too sweet! The staff is all lovely and so pleasant to deal with it! Will definitely be getting more cakes made here!
