Luckily, Dartmouth has many other sushi places to choose from now , as I will not be back again. I received an order a few months ago that was soggy, cold, everything tasted terrible and also got the sushi order wrong. I called them and they said they would put a ... note on my account for free rolls and $$ off the next time I order as I ordered over 50$ of food with much of the order being wrong or just not fit to eat. Last night I decided to try again as I knew I had the credit and many other places were closed for the holiday. I let them know there should be a note on my file about the rolls and $$ off. They said there was no note and they would never do that for their customers, as 15% off is the “largest discount”! I let them know this is not what was promised considering my order was over 50$ I didn’t understand how 15% would be suffice or that that was all they were willing to do considering I was told other wise before. And they still got my order wrong! They said they would give me 15% off again next time and told them I won’t be back as 15% doesn’t even cover the amount of one roll price when you are purchasing a 50$ order. Save your money and check out sushi 101 for the best sushi in Dartmouth , sushi jet for all you can eat, or jukai/the dahlia for yummy asain fusion and sushi, with much better customer service. I wouldn’t write a bad review for a one-off problem with service but after multiple times with staff unwilling to make things right it seems appropriate. Read more
