This is usually my favorite Greco in the city and will go out of my way to go here over other locations. Today I had placed an order for a specific time and arrived 10 minutes early and my food was already on top of the oven waiting. I ... thought great probably fresh and hot. Was neither . The garlic cheese fingers were the saving grace as the donair egg rolls were horrible. Both had this odd fast food oil taste to it, something you'd smell or taste from a McDonald's or Burger King item, just a cheap bad taste that wasn't pleasant. Great food, but not great business practices. I placed an order online and then received a call to advise they didn't have the salad I selected. When I asked for a refund they said they would not be able to provide one and said I would need to pick another item. ... They refused my requests and my refund until I physically went in to the store.
