KFC - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

I'd give it zero if I could. Online and store signs says they close at 12am. Went in at 11pm door was unlocked and other customers were already in there. The man at the counter asked if we were there to order and when I said yes he informed us ... that they were no longer taking orders. Me and my girlfriend were very disappointed, especially her because she was the one that wanted to go. They didn't tell us to go through the drive through or order online or anything, they just said they were closed and we had to leave. On the way out we checked the sign and confirmed that we still had an hour until they were supposed to close but it wasn't worth the argument. We WILL NOT be going back to this KFC ever again and I recommend that anyone else reading this does the same. We went up the road to DQ and it was better quality food anyway. And they were true to there hours of operation! If you don't want to work until close get different hours, or get a job somewhere else. Absolutely terrible customer service Read more

I ordered an hour in advance for dinner to be delivered at 5pm. At 525 I called and inquired, the person i spoke to informed me the food had been ready for 40 minutes but no one picked it up. I asked if new food would be prepared “no the ... food is ready, when the driver comes we’ll send it”. I asked if they’re planning to send 40 minute old food? “Yes”. I asked that they prepare fresh food and send it asap. It’s now been an hour, the food still hasn’t been picked up. I ended up cooking my own dinner when it had been 1.5 hours. The food arrived just as I finished cooking. It was inedible, and completely cold. Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a 3 piece meal with colslaw and a Pepsi. Then ordered a 4 piece meal with no pop,but a small gravey instead instead of the pop and a Mac salad. Got home. Opened them up and NO FRIES WOTH THE MEALS. ... called the store and was told when I ordered the coleslaw and Mac salad, they assumed I didn’t want fries!!!!! Didn’t ask. $32.00!!!!!!! What happened. used to be the best chicken. But it went down hill so fast now the chicken isn’t even edible. I would give 0 stars. Go to Popeyes or even Mary browns if you want chicken.

Never been so disgusted & disappointed. Showed up, told me that they ran out of chicken and needed to cook more so it will be fresh. Then they call us up and say that they only have 19pc out of the 20pc. Needless to say never heard of a chicken ... place running out of chicken at supper time. Yet alone a sloppy soggy mess, not a crunch at all. The picture of what kinda looks like a piece of chicken was just pure batter, which wasn't fully cooked (really doughy).
