Tim Hortons - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Location: Tim Horton Super store mall. Date / Time: Dec 28 @ 0930. Order: Two jalapeno Breakfast Sandwiches. Instead of the Breakfast Sandwiches they sold me two Bagels. I made 5 attempts to call the store but no one answered? Their were at least two employees working at the time. Then I called Tim ... Horton's @ 644 Portland street to see if they could help because their all Tim Horton's! They told me to go pound sand! Different Owner? I said the owners name isn't on the Building it says Tim Horton's. Know matter how much you spend at Tim the customer service never gets any better! My coffee at this store yesterday was more like hot water than coffee. I complained about the first cup that they served me saying it did not look normal at all. The server got me a new cupful but it was really no better second time around. I ... ended up throwing most of it away when I got home. The servers were very surly, uncaring and just plain "did not care". I will never go to this store again. There are plenty of other coffee shops in town.Such a shame because picking up a Tim's after shopping at Superstore was always something to look forward to. Read more

Medium is the new large -- went through the drive thru and I guess only filling a large cup (frozen lemonade) 3/4 is acceptable?!? I won't be going to this store again

Love timmies but sometimes the coffee is not hot enough. They have gone to selling more and more food. Which I find is leaving the coffee side lacking. Otgerwise great service.

Ever since Tim Horton's started making breakfast sandwiches their restaurants smell like burnt hair. No one seems to notice though. Lining up for a coffee during the morning rush should be an exhibit in an extra-terrestrial wax museum.
