Tim Hortons - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

It’s a Monday, I asked for an ice coffee. She told me they don’t make them today because tomorrow is Sunday. I just said “ ok I’ll get a hot one. “I’m sorry but what ? No ice coffee on Monday? And tomorrow is Tuesday?

The girl was absolutely rude going through the drove through.. my bagel had herb and garlic cream cheese and the cream cheese tasted sour.

The morning staff during the week are amazing. It is only a Tims Express, so they only serve drinks, but i go every morning to get my coffee before work and the staff are super friendly, remember my order and make it PERFECT every time. This is a tiny TimHortons station which is as big as a gas station one. It won't open all day long so please check it opening time before starts.

Staff gave me a coffee when I ordered a tea. The staff are not friendly, 4 people working the window. After talking to a staff about the problem I was given a tea with no apology or kindness. Just a death stare. Worst staff by far. I’ve have 3 different ... issues at this location. Go to a different Tim’s at all costs. Very disappointed with the service….. Read more
