Starbucks - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Asked for no ice in my drink and the barista refused so I asked for light ice, I ended up getting mostly a full cup of ice and hardly any tea. Not worth the money. I've had my tea made with no ice many times at other locations so ... why can't these people respect my drink order? Starbucks is a billion dollar corporation they can afford to make my drink properly and not water it down with a ton of ice. I've been to the micmac mall location a few times and I have to say its worth it to walk across the street to the starbucks in chapters because they're at leased respectful and know how to properly make a drink. This Starbucks is in an open area in a busy shopping mall, noisy perhaps, but the opportunity for people-watching is unlimited.The furniture could use an upgrade, but staff members are friendly and the service is good, even at peak shopping hours. As always, the coffee is excellent.

"Baristas" don't listen or pay attention to customers. I had to have a simple iced coffee remade 3 times. Then one of the "baristas" got snippy because she thought I was being fussy. Order a matcha iced latte and may different time they are to lazy to shake the drink you can see the milk just sitting on the top of the drink until I mixed it in

I absolutely love Starbucks! Their products are so much better than the other 'chain' coffee shops. The price is more expensive for sure, but the taste truly makes up for it. Their 'baked goods' selection is very different from traditional shops but they are very yummy!
