Montana’s BBQ & Bar - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

We had a good time at Montana’s BBQ and Bar. The food is really fresh and delicious and the customer service was excellent. We tried the standard ribs barbeque with honey chipotle sauce, baked potato and coleslaw salad. We also tried the spicy chicken burger with french fries. Good food ... portion and reasonably priced. I’ve always loved their food especially the buttermilk chicken BUT TODAY.. I ordered for delivery and the chicken was soooo tough that I needed to bite to slice it, you could tell it was frozen, and the gravy or sauce was so thick you can tell it’s old. First time eating here. Got the Chipotle Firecracker Burger and a side salad. Absolutely delicious. You won't leave here hungry. Didn't have room for dessert.....Maybe next time!

The service was great and friendly, and the restaurant was quite clean along with the floors. We had ordered the lobster spinach dip with pita chips and tortilla chips, which I highly recommend. The food had arrived rather quickly to our table, it wasn't overly busy at the time we went - ... It was around 4pm. Each meal was well made, delicious and the portion sizes were great as well however I would say for cost, a family of four came to $150.
