Alexandra’s Pizza - Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

I placed an order first time with Alexandra’s Pizza on Friday midnight and my experience was horrible. I don’t know about other locations but highfield park (Burnside) store, they gave me soggy fries. It looks like it has been made from so long and the pizza was undercooked. We ordered 7 pizzas for a grad party tonight. All different plus 2 vegan . Ordering was easy and the guy was nice. All the pizzas were tasty and hot. They were enjoyed by everyone. The delivery driver was also very friendly. Thank you

First of all the quality of food is so pathetic...the packaging is worse..... so the point is if any person who is medically fit and want get sick then order some burgers or any other food items from these guys.... I ordered 2 burgers 1) double cheese hamburger n ... 2) donair burger. Both were awful, n now I'm sick after eating it..... the double cheese was so bad tat I just had 2 bites n threw the rest in garbage... stale beef patty n tat too it was so cooked tat I couldn't bite as it was hard....the other burger was actually packed like a soft ball.... the sauce was so sweet tat u couldn't bear it..... it was a disaster.... order food n get sick should be their slogan.... as I am sick now.. This is absolutely ridiculous. I purposely asked for CHEESE slices since I dont eat pepperoni. I called the restaurant the guy that answered my phone was annoyed the fact that i called about it even though every time i come in im very respectful. He said that the “next time” i ... come in he would give me a ONE free slice. That does not solve my issue with the fact that if i was allergic to it i could have died, and i said i didnt even eat the slice you gave me he said “ugh fine we can give you one” its like why on earth are you mixing the pepperoni with cheese in the first place?!!!!
