I recently visited Sushi Karis craving vegan sushi with avocado, and I'm so glad I did! Their vegan sushi was exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Amazing place run by amazing people! Tori Aburi Sushi is a must try. Other stuff are great as well - tempura, gomae and salmon sashimi. So fresh.

This restaurant became one of our favorite delivery options during the pandemic, so it was nice to visit it in person. However, the restaurant is very busy and small, so keep that in mind. I never had anything to complain about ordering delivery, so visiting in person was the same. It ... was interesting to learn that dining in the Master roll is served with a little fire show.
