Really had high hopes for this place but left feeling a bit disappointed. We arrived around 8:45 PM, and the service was quite slow, taking 25 minutes to get our meals. The takoyaki was served cold, and our appetizers arrived after the main courses. On the bright side, the sizzling beef ... and chicken teriyaki, tuna and salmon sashimi, and California roll were all delicious. Unfortunately, we never received our full order as the rice and ice cream never came. Given the high prices and the incomplete order, it was a letdown despite the quality of the food. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The waitress was hospitable, kind, and smart, memorizing all our orders. Highly recommended! Personally, I liked the Rock 'n' Roll dish the most.
I’ve been going to Nagano since I was 16 and a friend introduced me to the restaurant, the atmosphere has never changed in the 7 years I have been there. The service is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient! The manager Susie is absolutely lovely and is amazing at recommendations! Every ... time my boyfriend and I come here we always have the freshest seafood, and the most attentive service from the staff members. I couldn’t recommend them more! Everything about this sushi restaurant is just amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm smile and friendly staff. The chef's skills are out of this world, creating beautifully presented and delicious sushi rolls. He even has made his own special rolls on the menu. Pae ... is number 1. And let's not forget about the manager who ensures that everything runs smoothly.
