Plateau Pizza - Coquitlam, British Columbia

Amazing pizza, perhaps the best in the tri cities. Great service, lovely Polish owner, amazing pizza definitely with the price. Prosciutto arugula and the porchetta are totally amazing.

Two occasions, once we used them for a kids bday party for delivery and today was for staff lunch … eating in. Pizza was delicious and the staff were very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. A BIG 😊 THANK YOU!

The girl who took my order was talking to several people while on the phone with me so sometimes I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or someone else. It's a minimum $25 order for delivery so I went to pick it up. They were so busy that ... eventhough there were four people working, none of them said a word to me for several minutes. It's not easy to give 2 stars when this place could easily earned 5. I walked in and ordered a medium pepperoni classic which according to their in-store menus is $12.50. I ordered a bottled Coca Cola as well. The total somehow came to $19.01 and I gave a $1.50 ... tip. I know we pay a lot of tax in Canada but the total gave me pause. I asked the employee how the total came to $19.01. He told me that the prices in the menu are not the actual prices and that a medium pepperoni classic was $15. I told him that they cannot just charge more than the listed price. He said that these were the old menus and that the new ones say "prices are subject to change without notice". After a little bit of discussion they offered to credit me the difference. I told them that it was ok as they were not the ones making the business decisions and I didn't want to give them a hard time although I said that someone might. While we waited for our pizza (10-15 mins), no one removed the erroneous menus. We got our pizza (which was pretty good I'll admit). The pizza here is so underrated and overshadowed by the surrounding chain restaurants. Otherwise, this place would be packed! The pizza is delicious and the decently priced. Also they have vegan cheese from what I've heard. Who would have known our little town would have these options. Also the location ... is lovely too, right on the plateau with lots of space to park.
