La Ruota Pizzeria - Coquitlam, British Columbia

Me and my family ordered on too good to go (for those of you who don’t know it’s an app that allows restaurants to serve food that was not sold the previous day for cheap) and we have been on the app for a while enjoying the treats. We’ve also ... been fans of La Ruota for a while but today when we got our order we were so disappointed with the quality of the pizza. 3 slices of the 6 slices were so burnt that it only makes sense that the workers would have thrown it away but instead they decided to still sell inedible garbage. The only silver lining is that there were 3 slices that were okay, but it’s appalling that these slices were even considered for consumption. I’m all for saving leftovers and food, but this was so disappointing. Read more

The pizza guy said 20 but it took 40 minutes to get our pizza. To me this is eat it right away pizza it does not benefit from sitting in a box the thin crust gets soggy fast that said it was good we ate in front of the place ... so it was fresh Read more

Delicious neapolitan oven-baked pizza. We ordered Original Cheese as well as Mushroom toping for dinner. The pizza is perfectly seasoned and baked. It is so fresh and rich Not salty and oily. My son (he is big pizza lover) said the pizza Tastes So good. Don’t miss this store if you ... want to find the Italian authentic pizza in Coquiltam area. Looks like there are 2-3 tables inside, maybe call first if you have a big group. Read more

All in all, it was a delightful experience. They excel in crafting delicious pizzas and providing friendly service. While there's room for improvement in food presentation, the overall atmosphere makes it a place worth returning to.

Freshly hand tossed pizza that goes into a fire oven! We usually get take out from here but this was the first time dining in! Great customer service and it was fun to watch them make the pizzas!
