Very poor time management and services. Today is my son’s 1st birthday so that my wife ordered a birthday cake 2 weeks ago and we mentioned to them yesterday and today that we need to pick up by 4pm. They have confirmed everything will be ready by 4pm; however when ... we arrived there it is not ready yet and told us wait for 15 mins, which we did and still not ready. My baby was crying in the car and I was with him in the car while my wife was waiting them in the store for an hour as we did not know when it would be ready and the answer was always soon. After 5pm, we got our cake and we were in the car ready to leave and then we received an phone call that one of the pieces has not installed yet. As shown on the picture the dog was broken and we bring it back and installed by ourselves. Plus the box they provided is not food safe box and they did not provide cake cutting knife as they don’t have it and no candle as well. Really good cakes here, not too sweet and each cake has many layers of texture. Try the matcha mousse. Clean and big interior, nice place to study and clean washrooms

Loved their talented latte artist, and especially enjoyed my green tea latte. Their desserts were not bad, I did like the earl grey cake over the peach cheesecake. The cheesecake was a little too dense for my taste. I would definitely revisit, but the only drawback is the parking, there ... are so little and such tight space too. Read more

Cute small cafe. Cake and tea were good but nothing mind blowing. Seating is limited and had a lot of people studying there so if you go beware that there's a possibility that they will take up all of the tables

Service okay, female staff brought the wrong dessert but was apologetic about it. We went for their famous matcha cake, it was out... in the middle of afternoon. So got the fresh cream cake and matcha tiramisu. Cake was subpar, cake absorbed the moisture from the cream and became a ... little bit slimy. Tiramisu had decent matcha flavour but wasn't cheap. Cappuccino wasn't smooth at all but passable. Also, parking is a pain. Read more
