Michelle was the absolute best server we could’ve asked for. She was friendly, helpful and made great conversation, she even added a special touch to our dessert for an occasion we were celebrating! Can’t wait to come back.
Excellent service, great food. I just found it a bit dark (but my sons said it was fine!). Great attention to detail. We were celebrating a milestone and when we ordered our dessert, we had a lovely greeting written on the plate. When my son asked for a refill of his drink, ... he said just half a glass, they came back with a new shorter glass, with a new shorter straw. Came here for my dads birthday and was immediately offered complimentary champagne which was a lovely surprise. We were seated at a nice big table that fit everyone. And we got our drink orders in right away. Our water cups came back dirty and had food on it still unfortunately. ... And our peach Bellinis had weird red floating chunks in it. I’m not sure what it was but I never experienced that in a bellini before. The food was very delicious and our waitress was super friendly and wonderful. We got the doughnuts at the end for dessert, which were honestly amazing. Highly recommend them ! Because the donuts only come with 5 and we had 6 people ,the waitress offered to add an additional two on the side so no one was left out of having a donut. But the extra two on the side never came. We had to awkwardly mention they didn’t show up and she fought back for a second that they were added onto the plate. And we said no, and we even had a photo to prove it, so she apologized and quickly went to grab the two that were left behind. Overall atmosphere is nice and clean, good music, and service was great. We stopped in for an impromptu happy hour (my husband, 5 year old daughter and I). Our server Brett was awesome! Gave us some complementary sparkling wine to start and brought out a sticker sheet for my daughter so she wouldn’t feel left out. He was very friendly and attentive, ... filling up our drinks and checking in often. Such a big bright smile, really made the afternoon very enjoyable. Food was delicious as usual. We ordered steak and pasta. I wanted to have cream pasta so we ordered chicken parmesan cuz I thought it is cream one😅 The portion size of steak was small for the price but it tastes good. And the pasta was also good. And the servers are very nice😎 The vive was ... great but it was crowded and quite noisy. But the window seat was better than others I think.
