Customers were openly complaining about slow service. I waited 3 min for my coffee that was called out with another drink which made it seem like it was 1 order with two drinks not 2 orders with one item each my sandwich came after about 7 minutes. A strange ... woman just came in and squeezed my hips as I'm writing this. The girl that called out my sandwich has the tiniest squeaky voice So I thought I'd give this store another try. Fast service, pleasant employees, 8/10 clean sitting area. Busy but quiet.

The service was extremely poor; they couldn't comprehend my order. I requested hot milk, but they claimed not to have any. When I suggested buying a cold one and having it steamed, they refused, charged me for coffee, and handed me a hot milk. This made no sense. Stop serving people disgusting overcooked grey eggs! They taste rancid! Train your employees better or stop hiring incompetent people who can't even cook an egg!

I love this branch so much. It gets crowded sometimes. The staff are nice. The prices of Tim’s in general are affordable. The menu is great (you can have a cup of coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a dessert)
