We celebrated by nephews birthday here and the staff were amazing. Made sure we had everything we need, cutleries, highchair, and a free dessert for my nephew and my daughter. - Food was good - Price is a bit on the expensive side - The portions are reasonable - Plenty of free parking available ... in the parking lot Would recommend eating at Mr Mike's in the future for special occasions. We came for dinner. I really enjoyed my meal, steak was cooked just right, and everything I had was great. My wife and daughter's both didn't like their meal, but they said the fries were good., I tried a piece of the chicken, and was also dissatisfied., the burger tasted like a ... cheap frozen patty. I'm happy my local Coquitlam Mr. Mike's is still here. I have slowly watched one of my favorite steakhouse restaurants slowly close locations over the years. Went to Mr. Mike's after my sons soccer game last week. Restaurant is modern and spacious. Seats are comfortable. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Food on the other hand was ok. My son ordered the Sirloin and Lobster Mac. Sirloin was tough to cut and chew. Lobster mac ... bland taste. Our burgers also bland. Value for money its alright, its a lower priced option (from a $ value) for the classic steakhouse and pub fare. We had the quesadilla, bruschetta, and steak + mac and cheese. They were all cooked competently, but I would have liked to see a bigger portion for each. There were 2 ... onion rings and a couple of veggies only.
