Enjoyed my visit here yesterday. Our server was mostly attentive, and the atmosphere was good. I appreciate that the music was low enough for casual conversation. The salt & pepper wings were crispy and flavorful, the garlic prawns cooked perfectly and my guest's meal (Pad Thai) smelled divine! I would love to return ... to sample other dishes here! These words have all been said before, great local pub, great food, great meeting place, nice staff and atmosphere. Would definitely return again for John B's food with fair food pricing, great tacos and excellent happy hour menu. Nice to see this pub takes reservations and were willing to seat ... us at a table that was reserved for a later time (game playoff night). We saw many neighbourhood pub regulars or people that knew each other. Many beer taps, too many to count and the "Scotch List" was enormous, both in varieties and in years offered. Great place. Johnny B was recommended by friends and wow, it did not disappoint!! Ginger Beef appetizer was excellent. The Salmon bowl and Chicken stir-fry were also excellent. Not your traditional Pub food, much better. Also great happy hour specials and great service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Second time visiting, ordered the Nashville side chick burger this time, got the spare change cheeseburger and calamari last time. Taste 0/1* Their cheese burger is surprisingly good, though can not say the same with the other 2 items. Value 1/1* Happy hour has good selection of beer at good price, my personal fav ... is the yellow dog.
