COBS Bread - Coquitlam, British Columbia

I got the 3am tour, my first time in a COBS bakery real cool owner operated traditional bakery!

This Cobbs even though it's one of the smaller ones, always seems to have what you're looking for. Always had great friendly and courteous staff when I was there. The store is always clean and in order with everything displayed well.

It used to be great but now, their prices is up and quality is down. Bought some breads for breakfast the other day and one of the bread is one of my favorite from their store which is the Applicious and chocolate croissant. It's both expensive now and barely have ... any fillings anymore. I forgot to take aphoto of the chocolate croissant but here's a picture of a sad Applicious that has barely any apple in it. Their cape seed loaves are amazing. Also, their customer service. Highly recommended!

Quick service, 3 people behind the counter at once to take customer orders. Lots of options and the options get replenished throughout the day. Not a very big space to shop as it’s basically the counter and the standing room. Plenty of parking as it’s located in a plaza.
