Myself and mom love coming here. Our first experience was with their high tea menu. It was delicious! Lately, like today, we get their tea and scone combo, but instead of tea, we ask for their French press coffee. The scones and coffee are to die for! **we also added a ... blue berry scone to our order** The staff are so sweet and kind. We ordered at the front till and then they prepared our food and coffee and brought it out to us in the cutest dishes. Went to this adorable little pastry shop located in a strip mall in Coquitlam. I was there for a high tea birthday celebration. And let me tell you GURLLLLLL the scone was the Uh-MAY-zing!!!! We got the red velvet cake for Valentine's day. It was quite pricey for the quality of the cake. Although the cake really looked so beautiful, unfortunately, the velvet chiffon was dry and hard. It seemed that they baked the cake too much ahead of time due to the occasion. ... We got the cake 2 hours before our dinner so no possibility of exposing it outside the box. The butter cream and the filling were too much and the icing on top is already falling off the chiffon. Sadly, it's our big regret to get this kind of cake for a special occasion. We could have something better at a cheaper price from other cake stores. Absolutely not worth our $65. We had just 1 tiny slice and that's it. No one wants to ever touch the cake again. P.S. This place was amazing!! My sisters and I took our mom here for high tea to celebrate her birthday and the food was high quality and portions were filling! You each get your own pot of tea with free hot water refills, they also provide milk, cream, and sugar with ... non dairy options. I asked our server, Jessica (who was beyond sweet), to take our photo before eating and she was so kind and patient as I asked for a photo on my phone and my polaroid camera. I casually mentioned to her that we were there to celebrate our mom's birthday and she gave us a free cupcake!
